He has extensive experience of the Irish ICT industry, gained over a period of more than 20 years. During that time, Jim held several Senior Management positions with a number of industry-leading IT services companies, working extensively in Irish industry and commerce as well as establishing lasting business relationships at executive level with many blue-chip private and public-service organisations. |

|  |  |  |  | | Patrick O'Callaghan | Patrick specialises in Internet, mobile and communications applications and is founder of Paveto, a software consulting and development firm, operating in Ireland, UK, Italy and Scandinavia. He is also co-founder of payments software provider Valista, formerly Network365. Patrick was previously European GM of Welch Allyn's Data Collection Division and Head of Sales and Marketing for Chemfab Corporation's Worldwide Communications business, now part of the St Gobain Group.
Patrick qualified in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick, studied International Marketing with The Open University and has an MBA from London's City University. He has over 15 years experience in technical sales, marketing and business development. In addition to his activities with Trigraph and Paveto, he also writes and lectures on business, Internet and Communications Technology (ICT) and electronic business at the Smurfit Graduate School of University College Dublin.

He specialises in IT Management and has particular expertise in aligning IT and Business Strategy, IT Governance, Portfolio Management, Program Management and Compliance. He works with senior management and business functions to align IT strategies, projects and deliverables to business objectives. He has international experience gained working with business groups in Europe and USA.
Brians was International IT Director for EMC Corporation with responsibility for the 70 strong IT function in Cork and for implementing IT Governance and Portfolio Management processes across the international business units. He also has strong compliance experience, having implemented IT controls to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
In addition to IT management, Brian has a wide range of expertise including Support Centre management, project management (specialising in large and complex projects), business analysis and systems integration.
Brian qualified with a B.Sc in Computer Science from University College Cork. During his career he has worked for IBM, EMC and Colman Computer Services.

|  |  |  |  | | |  | | Donal O'Seaghdha | Donal has gained considerable expertise from working in the network communications industry for more than 20 years having worked for Telecom Eireann, Motorola, Topology Systems, Lake Communications and Cable & Wireless in a variety of technical and business roles.
In latter years, Donal has partnered with Trigraph in the delivery of courses and briefings in the area of Communications and Networking.
Through Donal and his colleagues we also offer independent network design and consultancy services.
Donal holds a BA/BAI in Maths and Engineering, an MSC in telecommunications, is a Chartered Engineer and Member of IEI and IEE. | | |

|  |  |  | | Kieran Lynam | Kieran Lynam is co-founder and chief technology officer at Digerati Software, a leader in development and consulting services on the Microsoft .NET platform. Digerati works with Government and Enterprise clients, including the Local Government Computer Services Board (LGCSB), Microsoft, Dell and Ulster Bank.
Digerati are the architectural and technical leads on the Mobhaile initiative (www.mobhaile.ie) with the LGCSB. A keystone of Ireland's e-Government strategy and one of the largest ICT projects in Europe, Mobhaile incorporates the largest role-out of Exchange & Active Directory and caters to more than 4 mllion concurrent users.
Kieran is a recognised thought-leader on .NET and emerging technologies; a founding member of the Irish Developer Network (www.irishdev.com) and an official speaker at Microsofts Professional Developer Conference in Dublin last year. Kieran has lectured to industry and special interest groups since 2001. He is an award-winning contributor to the official international .NET web site (www.gotdotnet.com).
Kieran is an honours graduate of Computer Systems from the University of Limerick, where he was the winner of the independent Q.A.D. award for best architected final year project.

|  |  |  |  | | Paul Browne MSc, BA, MCSD | Paul Browne has over 12 years experience solving business problems using IT. Previously with BT, Dell and Case he now works as lead Technical and Project consultant. He has delivered solutions for major Financial, Telecoms and Public Sector sector clients both in Ireland and internationally.
As well as blogging online, Paul has written extensively for OReilly Books and Sun on topics such as Enterprise Java, Web 2.0 and the capture of business knowledge (using workflow and rule engines). He is a Sun Certified Java Architect and Microsoft certified in XML and Web Services. Within the Java community, he is project lead of the Red-Piranha (Financial Middleware) and NoUnit (Agile Project Development) open software projects.
Paul qualified with a B.A. in European Business Studies (with French) from the University of Ulster, and has an M.Sc. in Advanced Software Engineering from University College Dublin. Paul is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
