Purpose:The workshop covers the basic principles of a structured approach to project management as well as understanding the human factor behind project successes and failures.
Suitable for:The workshop is recommended for people new to Project Management or those who have experience of working on projects and would like to move into Project Management.
Duration:2 Days
Course Objectives:The workshop is designed to equip delegates with the skills to implement structured project management methods. By the end of the course delegates will be able to:

- Define a project and its associated success factors
- Produce Work Breakdown Structures
- Undertake project estimation
- Demonstrate an understanding of Critical Path Analysis
- Define an administrative framework for Project Control
- Identify team building and management issue
