Course Content:
        
PRINCE2® is a “Process-Driven” approach to project management with processes to support each of the main “drivers” within the project. PRINCE2® is suitable for planning and controlling any type of project, regardless of scope or size.

PRINCE2® is increasingly being viewed as “Best Practice” and up to date knowledge of the method is a must for anyone concerned with modern project management techniques.

The half-day briefing is delivered in a number of modules, all of which include interactive discussion as the main vehicle for understanding PRINCE2® and its implications.
