Reports are a vital part of communication and decision-making, and trying to get them right can be stressful and time-consuming. Many reports remain unread because they contain too much information, are poorly structured or overly technical.
This programme provides learners with a methodical approach to report writing and helps them to create reports that are clear, convincing and easy to read.

* Reduce time spent writing reports * Improve the flow of information * Communicate your house style to employees * Provide participants with a reference manual

Learners are asked to bring some examples of their own reports on the day of the training (subject to agreement with management, confidentiality assured).
|
The course takes place in a lively atmosphere where learning points are introduced through discussion, example and anecdote. Participants build their skills by completing a variety of short exercises.
|
Learners take away some templates and a checklist for future reports. This checklist can also be used for evaluation purposes, if required.
