Purpose:The ‘Learning to Mediate Disputes’ is a theory and practise based course that gives attendees the skills to better understand conflicts / disputes and give them practical mediation skills with which to attempt to resolve disputes
Suitable for:This course is aimed at senior executives, managers and HR executives who need to professionally deal with workplace and other disputes
Duration:Three consecutive days
Course Objectives:On completion of this course, attendees / learners will better understand conflict and will
