| Suitable for: | The course is aimed at Corporate Managers who are responsible for corporate governance and the organisation’s overall exposure to Risk, Programme Managers and Project Managers responsible for Risk relating to specific programmes and for managing Risk in projects and Operational Managers responsible for Risk that affects the continuity of business services.
Delegates should have an understanding of project management, with respect to planning and control. No previous experience of specific project management methodologies such as PRINCE2™ is required.
